Flagship Beers

Haystack Gold

A light, easy drinking golden ale. American 2-row malt and Cascade hops and a short lagering phase after primary fermentation impart good flavors while keeping a light clean finish.

Sprout Hefeweizen

Classic German style wheat beer. Hazy with banana and clove aromatics.

Spring/Summer Release

Pitchfork Pilsner

German Pilsner malt and late noble hop additions give this pilsner a floral aroma and a crisp clean finish.

Walnut City Red

Brewed with 100% NW Cascade hops. Well balanced with fruity aromas, sweet malt, and a soft bitterness.

Bet the Farm IPA

A balanced IPA using whirlpool and dry hopping with Citra and Mosaic to provide a citrus fruit nose. German Munich malt gives a good body to complement the hop aromas and bitterness.

Conditioned and served on nitrogen. Full bodied and smooth finishing with roasted and chocolate notes.

Seasonals & Specialties

OAK GROVE

Linfield students turned brewers, Devin (GSBW) and Lily (Foreland Beer) collaborated to bring this beer to tap. An export style lager that spent secondary fermentation in oak barrels. Clean malt character on the nose with subtle oak structure and length on the finish.

15º DARK LAGER

A Czech style dark lager. Notes of toasted caramel, toffee, and hazelnut on the aroma, sweet and roasted malt flavors compliment the herbal noble hops and Bohemian pilsner malt. A full flavor that finishes smooth and crisp with a touch of roasted malt bitterness.

Eliminating all hop adds during the hot process of brewing and instead adding two healthy doses of Lupomax Talus and Idaho 7 during fermentation, one at the beginning and one at the end, creates a beer that has a vibrant tropical juicy nose while finishing exceedingly clean and crushable. Notes of mango, coconut, and pineapple fade to a refreshing crisp palate.

BARNSTORMER

Our winter IPA is back for the season! A bigger grain bill and a mid-boil sugar add boost the malt body and ABV. Finished with Citra and Mosaic dry hopping, this beer balances sweet malt and citrus aromas with a malty sweet mid palate and pleasant warming bitter finish.

BEN’S BITTER FAREWELL

Our friend Ben (formerly of Evasion Brewing) is moving to Hawaii to brew at new Mucho Aloha brewing. We’re sad to see him go so we took the opportunity to brew up an extra special bitter in collaboration with Ben and with Charlie from Skagit Valley Malting. This English style ale is malt forward with floral, earthy hop aromatics. Sessionable ABV at 4.6% with low carbonation and a moderate bitter finish.

GARDEN GNOME

Hoppy Belgian Pale ale fermented in oak barrel and dry hopped with Styrian Golding and Hallertau Blanc. Herbal spice on the nose with notes of fresh cut flowers and grapefruit blossom. Medium honey malt palate with a bitter white pepper finish.

HOT CAKES

Imperial breakfast stout brewed with brown sugar and maple syrup, aged in Ransom’s RBW whiskey barrels through the winter. Maple whiskey on
the nose with a sweet full body and ABV heat on the finish.

BENEVOLENCE COFFEE STOUT

A portion of our imperial stout that didn’t see a whiskey barrel but instead was blended with cold brew coffee from our neighbors at Flag and Wire. A maple mocha nose with a full decadent finish. 16oz Tulip $8 10oz Glass $5.75

RAD LAGER
